Injection Moulding

Established in 1977, our company has its roots in injection moulding. The facility covers approximately 1.200 square meters and houses 11 presses, covering a production range of up to 230 tons.

Thanks to the variety of our machinery, we are able to manufacture items ranging from very lightweight parts to components weighing up to 500 grams. All our presses are equipped with Cartesian robots, allowing for efficient large-scale production. We operate both electric and hydraulic presses and are therefore able to satisfy all clients’ requests to the best of our ability.

Our injection moulding experience began in the technical sector and later expanded into the food packaging industry.
Given the increasing demand for food-packaging items over the years, we decided to designate part of our facility to food-contact production: today we operate a dedicated MOCA area where all food-contact items are produced, packaged, and stored, in compliance with GMP guidelines that regulate the production process.

All phases of the injection moulding process are carefully supervised by our staff, who are trained to follow safety and hygiene guidelines throughout the entire production cycle.
